Hopkins tops Terps 13-10 to win B1G Tournament

Cole Williams showed why some call him unstoppable with several goals that showed off his stick and his length.  Hopkins took control of a game in which all seemed to be going Maryland’s way when Will Snider scored two goals to push the Terps to a 7-5 lead.

After that, it was all Brock Turnbaugh (tournament MVP) and Cole Williams as Hop ran away with the game.

After losing 4 straight to UM, Hopkins got revenge from last week’s 8-7 3 overtime loss.  Note that Maryland has never won 5 straight over the Jays.  With the won, Hopkins hopefully has cemented itself into a seeding for the NCAA tournament that will put them on a path to Annapolis in 2 weeks.
